Speedo Gear????????

I have just swapped out my 3.50 rear end gear for a 2.75. (excellent increase in gas mileage btw). My problem now is that I need to replace the speedometer gear to get a correct read. Does anybody know how to go about this?

Scott I had to go to a 16T (tooth) when I went to 2.75 running P235 tires.

Problem is 16T gears are hard to find.
