HARD/HEAVY clutch on cold start up??

HARD/HEAVY clutch on cold start up??
When I start my truck after its been sitting awhile my clutch is real heavy. Almost a spongey feel. Seems after I drive for awhile it frees up and gets eaiser to push in.....what couild this be?

Mine does the oposite it is real soft in the morning. I figured out that if I dont clutch it just right the petal likes to get hard. But thats more driver error.
