302 V8 into '40 1 1/2 ton

So Iguess a 300 six would be unique,but it would be quite problematic.I was given a running 70 f100 with what appears to be a great running 302 and truck 4 spd tranny.For starters,what will I be facing for mounts?I will be pulling the sick Buick V8 out and it looks like I will be back to the stock flathead and crashbox mounts.I am on a bit of a budget here as I have 2 kids in college and 2 younger at home,so I need to go with what's here.Cant beat the price.....Hope to drive the 70 home tomorrow without brakes.It's only a 1/2 mile.Then I will start mapping out my strategy.Thanks, GB

GB, I am hunting a late 60's or early 70's F 150 rear axle. Are you east or west of the Mississippi? I could maybe help your budget if you would be willing to deal.
