please help with amp

ok.... apearantly i have the amp in my 1/4 panel.. im trying to put in a line converter and i need to know what wires are for the rear speakers +/-local shops say to guess.... i dont want to guess and after they told me to guess i dont want them working on my truck!!!

its a 97 merc mountaineer with cd changer but no factory subwoofer..... i have removed the inner 1/4 panel... see the amp but im stuck when it comes to the wiring.... please help
