Chevy Radiator "Saddles" Needed.

Hi All

I need your help we own a 1981 Frod F250 pickup and yes I am female and I love my ford!!!!!! but we have been left with a 1977 Chevy Blazer (supposed friend) was doing work on it and then left it in our yard we are now attempting to restore it one big problem he took the radiator saddles off and they have disappeared (his fault not ours) as we live in UK there is no chance of getting any over here and we have look for them on the web but the prices are very high (we live on a very limited budget) can anyone give me any suggestions as to what to use to make our own.

Hopefully Adele

On a chevy there are rubber lined U-channels that the lower radiator tank sits in to support the radiator. Apparently they are missing. Any welding shop could make some and then line them with rubber.

Are you missing the upper mounts? Or the lower rubber? I can see if I can get my hands on some, not exactly hard to do around here... email me for shipping info, that's all I would ask for them.
