I own a 94 F350 TDSL IDI and have a leaking fuel heater. The fuel heater is on top of the fuel filter. I asked everyone even the dealer. The O-rings are bad and need replacement. DUH!! But the only way to replace them is to purchase a new fuel heater at $163.00. Is there any other way? Please let me know!!

I'm not familiar with the '94 but if their similar to the older trucks it's not an "o" ring, but it looks like a piece of small fuel line cut off about 3/16" long. Go to a local diesel service shop. They'll have just the seals you need.
I was at my local shop this week to get some injectors tested for a Case tractor. I need similar seals for that machines return lines. I also needed 2ea. of the seals for the fuel line on a 6.9 which goes from the fuel filter to the IP. He had those and didn't charge me for anything!
Those shops have cabinets with left over parts from packages of return line kits, etc. Just ask. Good luck.
