I had a front rt. shock go on my 98 limited w/ the air ride system . Well I just found out that they are $249 clams each. I also found out you can't switch them out. Any ideas were to get them cheaper..and do I have to replace them both. HELP

 

Expensive aren't they I just baught 2 for the rear of my 97 LTD you probably could replace 1 but the general rule of thumb is to do both especialy in the front. If you have done them yet and did them yourself could you let me know if you had to do any special sequence to complete the whole job like (shuting off the system or bleeding the air etc.)Thanks! markg1@execulink.com
