How much you wanna spend?
I would think for low end your stock intake should be fine, camshaft call comp cams and ask about their extreme energy camshafts they will recommend one to you, they make great low end torque. Piston wise, use what you want to achieve the amount of compression you want. A stock replacement timing chain is fine, unless you wanna get one that allows you to degree the camshaft. For rocker arms I would go roller but use the 1.6 ratio going with a higher lift is useless being your getting a new camshaft that has the required lift built in.
To really gain low end torque, you may consider adding lower gears to your axle(s), possibly a higher stall converter to take advantage of what you have, otherwise you would need ported or different heads and more cubic inches to increase your torque dramatically. Good luck
