are there any special tools needed to remove the rotor? may have to replace or have turned,1 brake pad seperated,the other 3 were ingood shape.thanks for any input.

On your 4x4, the front brake disc (rotor) is seperate and attaches to the wheel hub. Ford Manual doesn't say anything about needing a special tool to remove it from the hub.
