12 year old Paint going Bad

Before my Dad died..12 yearsI did the body work on our 70 F250..Then he got sick with cancer..and the truck sat..The truck was in Southern cal..but i had it shipped to me in VA..the metalic paint is still there..but the shine is gone.. I believe it was enamal shot over the stock ford harbor blue..

I have pics in my Gallery after the body work and Paint 15 years ago! Thanks-Russ

Are you asking what can be done to get the shine back?

I would try buffing it. If that doesn't work then do a light wet sand & buff it out again.
