Starving for fuel??
Well as most of u know i have a 79 custom f-150 with a 460 in it me and my dad built. Ok well i have a question about my fuel line. Right now its has a 1/4 inch line im thinking. But every now and then when i get on it it starts studdering real bad. if i manually shift it when i get into 2nd(3 speed auto) at about 3g's it will studder like it needs fuel. So i was wandering if upgraded the 1/4 inch fuel line to a 1/2 inch, would that solve my problems??

I think your fuel pressure would be ok, are you sure its not 5/16" also what kind of carb. are you running ?and what your fuel pressure at ? and i'll add a 460 is always starving for fuel. LOL
