Wobbly front end?

My father got his 04 F250 CC SB a month or two ago now. He complains that the steering wheel shimmies like crazy, almost like the steering stabilizer isnt doing its job. It has the plow package, if that matters. Is this a common thing? Thanks

Nope, not common or normal, check the tires, balancing etc.
Stabilizer shouldn't really come in to play on the street.
