it depends on what year of truck. 84-97 the front can be loweres by either replacing the I beams or dropped coils but the coils can cause to much negative camber. 98+ use drop coils or a combo of drop coils/upper & lower a-arms. There is no droped spindles made at this time. The rear is just a axle flip, dropped hangers & shackles or de-arched leafs.
The cheapest way to get a 2/3 drop would be a drop front coil spring and a dearched rear leaf. Just be aware that a dearched rear leaf may not suport as much weight as the stock. Also call NAPA for a double sleave camber/caster adjuster sleave. I know NAPA cause thats where I found them to be the cheapest. These will allow for the most adjustmentwith drop coils.
