Local Mortgage Biz Investigation
Ameribanc Mortgage a Central Ohio Mortgage Co has had all of it's records seized in an investigation that it refinanced home loans but failed to pay off the original mortgages for untold numbers of homeowners. This is leaving some people with two mortgages. The owner is said to have spent over $5 million on himself, The slick part is the Title Company that was supposed to protect the homeowners is owned by the Mortgage Compnay Owner's Wife.
More GREED at the risk /cost of the average working guy and homeowner. This couple should never be let out of jail. The best part is the couple is co operating in the investigation, Not to be confused with CONFESSING just CO OPERATING.
