grinding gears
Hi
I have a 1929 model a ford town sedan. i have promblems shifting down from 3rd gear to 2nd gear.It just grinds.I double clutch but it doesnt help. I almost have to come to a complete stop to shift down. Itook the transmission out and put all new bearings and a new clutch in. I didnt put a new throw out bearing in or any new gears. After all that it still does the same thing. Anybody out there can help me and tell whats wrong or what to do
