I'm not going to be a Moderator - I need to float for a while

I have some trouble in my world - it isn't good.

Far more than I expected, and you may see it play out over time.

I have to apologise to several people for past behaviours.

I know that I do.

I wish I could explain how I misinterpretted several posts on these boards, but it kind of goes without saying that I was "Experiencing Stress"...

Kripes, that seems like such a cop out...

Do I SMACK friends over issues going on that have nothing to do with them?

Do I have an excuse and a way out by saying "STUFF IS GOING ON..."

NO.

My mess ups are all on me, I did them.

I expect I can be as sorry as I like, and those hurt by my actions have no reason to forgive me.......

It works like that, exactly.

I have a trail behind me that I don't like at all, and now is not the time to dwell on it too much.

I see the things that ran me there, and they have nothing to do with FTE.

This is why I first thought I needed to get offline.

I ran to counselling......

When all else fails, you have to get help.

And I am only afraid of things that make no sense.

I got outside of myself and found someone to explain it. A professional. Someone to help me sort everything out. Sometimes we have to.....

TRUE STORY:

The hardest thing of all to do is to reach outside of yourself and just ask for help in the first place.

I found it.

And some of you will be happy to hear that I am on Prozac now...

I sought it months ago, but nothing happened.

I have my fingers/paws/toes crossed over the next few months.....

~Wolf

(PS ON EDIT) Some of us are predisposed to only be let out of our cages when there is dire trouble.....

God bless man and good luck to you, I wish you nothing but the best.
A good way to look at thing is this; you need to love yourself man - you deserve it- YOU REALLY DO! I don't care about your past or your mistakes- you dont answer to anyone but God and your own conscience for that stuff. And the fact that you do have a conscience shows that your already better off than anyone without one. So quit beating yourself up over stuff bro.

When I get down I look at it this way- in one hundred years who we are and what we've done wont matter to anyone anyway, and no one lives forever- for all you know it all ends tommorrow- so be good to yourself man....God bless you bro- take care.

Dare I say congrats?

Even if help comes in the form of a small (or large) pill, take it.

I have family that suffers from severe depression, two members that required hospitalization. Whether or not that was the right thing, it kept them alive.

The best thing you can do is to continue to post here, we are here for you, and to continue seeking counselling, and above all else, maintain your prescription.

Looking forward to hearing more from you Wolf, and if its any consideration, I knowed, and its okay.

Good Luck Wolf, and remember, it takes a strong person to seek help, not a weak one!

After many years of working in human services and now the Mental Health field, it took me a long time to finally seek help for my on and off depression. I was offered Prozac but instead am taking a different antidepressant. It helps some..possibly need a bit higher dose. Will see the Dr and ask about increasing or changing to something that has less side effects that affect my ...ahem... natural side.

As for you Greywolf.... I've only known of you for a short while... but in that time I have grown to love and respect your mind. A man with feelings, is a man who has learned he has them.... and then you learn how to use them. Take good care of yourself. You are a very worthwhile person here and your posts are always interesting. I still think you should write a book.

God bless ya man!

Two quotes occur to me - both of them from my biker friends;

1) Every cloud is a potential Rolls Royce Silver Cloud

2) Beware the crock of crap at the end of the rainbow...
