Rounded tail light on the F150..

Rounded tail light on the F150..
What years and model had them.. I thought they came on all F150s from 97-03 till I met somebody w/ a regular cab and the rectangular tail lights and he said it's an 01?? I don't think so but can anybody confirm?? Thanks!

I think what you're talking about has to with the bed style. Stylesides (regular flat sides) have the long rectangular taillights. The flairsides (and supercrews, I think) have the round style taillights. I don't think the year matters (97-03) unless the truck you saw had some custom lights or something like that.
