Fuel Pumps keep running; no start
Truck is a 1995 Ford F150 with 4.9 Liter straight six and the E4OD Auto Trans.
Truck has been perfect up till about a month ago. Then, Fuel pumps started running 20 or so seconds before shutting off and truck cranks fine. I have dual tanks. Same thing on either tank - pump runs a long time then shuts off (primed, I guess) - truck cranks and runs fine. Thought maybe Fuel Filter under the cab was clogged and needed changing -so I did that. Made it worse. Now the fuel pumps keep running and it won't prime - no start. If one of the filters in the tank was clogged - OK. But both of them I find hard to believe. Has anyone had this issue before???

Check pressure at the fuel rail. Continued
continuous running of the pump is either a stuck relay or bad computer.
pull the fuel filter and verify it’s flowing in the right direction.
