I just bought a 2010 F-150 XLT 4X4 , listed with 5.4 but has a 4.6L V8.
It's at 298.457 miles, what are the first things I should be checking and changing?
I just installed new thermostat and Burped coolant system, I noticed the previous owner was using green coolant. Should I drain the system and go oem?
Truck is slightly lifted with offset wheels, the wheel has a small deadzone in the center. What could that be?

Who or what listed your truck with a 5.4 and are you sure it has a 4.6?
As far as I know, a '10 has rack and pinion steering, shouldn't be a dead zone, but deep offsets do stress components and can exaggerate "road feel" resulting from alignment issues like toe, caster, camber.

I believe it's 4.6L 3V, the motor has a label stick on side still
The Carfax has 5.4l and it was listed for sale as such
