Stiff brake pedal issue 1969 Ford Camper Special
So my brakes are still very stiff even after bleeding master cylinder and all for of the calipers. Any idea what it could be or how to diagnosis?

Are they so stiff you cannot depress the pedal to slow the truck down?

No the truck will stop its just pretty stiff and firm. a pretty short pedal like once i press its stiff

If you have a large piston MC it will make a very firm petal. The reason those with power brakes and manual have different size MC pistons.

It was fine for a few years, my wife drove it after sitting a few months and I think the MS got low, so I thought there was air in lines.

Air in the lines would give you a spongy pedal, not stiff
I think you should inspect the wheel cylinders for being rusted up
