Example you get pin in 26, you can buy a new 25. Or a 24.
I buy A plan, I believe X plan is the same. You have one year to use it after it's generated.
At the end of the day, it's up to the dealer whether they are taking plans or not. During covid, they were not taking any plans.
Yeah I used my X pin last year for a 2026, dealer had no issue taking it even though it is not a major truck dealer. Now a days dealers are often giving discounts on trucks far higher than 5% so it is less difficult to X pin now.
Some dealers will easily beat X-Plan, I didn’t even use mine because the dealer discount was $4,000, then Ford pitched in another $4,000 in rebates stacking my PCO and a commercial offer which got $8,000 off MSRP (beating X-Plan by dividends). They kept dealer
doc fees the same $150 or whatever.
