I’ve got a 2003 6.0 with a crank no start. The only thing reading bad is the ipr and it keeps jumping to 97% while cranking. I’ve swapped it along with the pigtail. Anyone have any ideas on what it is?
Guessing ICP is reading low? High pressure oil leak or bad HPOP. Time for an air test. Head over to the 6.0 section of the forum for more help/ details.
First, did you swap the IPR with a Motorcraft unit? That can sometimes be the issue if you didn't.
Otherwise, as chuck points out, you'll need to do some deeper diagnosis including checking actual readings by putting pressure gauges in-line.
And the 6.0 forum is going to be your best bet for info for troubleshooting. Many people that still visit this forum either are one-off problems or revisiting old times.
