I’ve only seen a few NOS fenders over the years. Never a door, though.

I think what @Crop Duster is implying, it that you have not given very much information, ie the texting comment, where there is a whole other language that most of us, don't even begin to understand, or something might be implied that only those in the chat will follow. Point is, you have posted some photo's of a nice 350, and some part numbers, but not clarified if you are looking or selling, and in the event of both, there is a dedicated thread for the '61-'66 marketplace. Look above the normal threads.

Otherwise, feel free to join in and share some info about what you are doing and want to do. Post photos as we always like pictures and they can be worth a thousand words. No doubt, you will find some someone who can benefit from your knowledge, or someone who has knowledge that will benefit you. This is a great community of enthusiasts.

Best of luck!!

no general location in your avatar. Could be some nice parts just down the road a bit, but who would know? Shipping 2 fenders and 2 doors would be as much as shipping a truck!

In the profile of @65fordf350 it says Illinois. I sent a direct message with some information about the potential of some 200-250 miles from them.

I have an NOS passengers side door upstairs - Freight or Greyhound is the way to ship these. I got the one I have from NOS Parts LTD in Texas for $175 shipping. Not super cheap but if you need a new door there are not a lot of options other than NOS.

Took a picture of the door I have. Not the common red primer used on some things this one is gray primer. Came with hinges, too. If you have a Custom Cab with door nameplates, you'd have to drill those holes and if you had the inner door trim panels ditto for those holes for the trim clips.

@65fordf350 went back and took a look at your other posts, but all I can gather is that you are working on your grandfathers '65 ford F350. We don't know how old you are, if your young, or going through a midlife crisis like me, or an old codger who knows more about these trucks than any of us, and just can't be bothered...(I'm 55 in a week or so I chalk up my obsession with my truck in part to a midlife crisis in trying to find some kind of work/play/hobby balance).

Why not take a moment and tell us a bit more about your truck, and what you want to do, that way, those who can, will have more to work with in trying to support and encourage your efforts. And if you wish, tell us a bit about yourself, or about your Grandfather, obviously this truck is important to you in part because of him so tell us about him. Did he buy it new, what did he do that he went for the heavy duty 350 over the more urban 100 or 250 models? Sometimes, in exploring these trucks history, we find ourselves appreciating them even more, and it helps us focus our plans and efforts on what we do to keep them on the road.

Couple of things to remember, we all like these trucks or we wouldn't be here, so trying to help another member keep his or her ride on the road, is part of the gig.

Second, photo's can say far more than words, some of these good hearted folks know these trucks so well they can tell from a picture if you have torqued a bolt enough, and I for one am grateful that they share this knowledge.

Three, this is your truck to do what you want with whatever budget you have, and while some might not agree, in the end, it's still your truck. I for one, have had ideas, that I have now scraped, from reading what others have done, so please keep an open mind, but then refer back to rule three, "Its your truck".

Four, some of us (speaking for myself) think we are actually more funny than we are, and often try to interject humour to keep things light and have a bit of fun. In my case, I never intend any harm, but have occasionally seen some other posts that have been less kind, don't go there!! If rule three is "It's your truck" and you happen to disagree with someone else's plan, remember that their truck is their truck. And so it is important to have a thick skin and shrug off any sharper comments, chances are they mean no harm, so don't take things personally.

Five, Have fun... This truck likely means a lot to you, I know mine does to me, but in the end, its a truck, an old truck, and at this stage, in your trucks life, it should be enjoying being enjoyed, maintained or repaired, maybe upgraded a bit, whatever you want, and can afford, but its sill a truck, and in the big scheme of things the people you meet, and interact with should mean more.

So, as I wrote, take a minute, and tell us a bit more. I know I am not alone in wanting to see what you are up to, hopefully learn something along the way, and share in your successes, and frustrations.

Gramps truck

Good afternoon everybody I have some pictures and a little story about my grandfather‘s truck
He bought it brand new in 1965 and from the dealership drove it over to Western diesel in Chicago and had them put in a Detroit 353 with an auxiliary overdrive and it has been that way ever since he has almost 800,000 miles on it and every year for the past 10 years he’s put about 60,000 miles on it every summer never in the rain snow and unfortunately about two weeks ago a deer ran out into the side of his truck while he was driving and bent the quarter panel and the door it’s his pride and joy he got sick with Covid and has never been the same in this declining in health and the truck keeps him going so we keep

maintained for him just to keep him moving
