Looking to upgrade to 2021/2022 Ranger XL 4x4 Super Cab soon!
Hello Fellow Ranger owners. Currently drive a 2015 Ford Escape,but looking to upgrade to a "new to me" 2021/2022 Ford Ranger XL Super Cab 4x4 soon,...WITH the trailer tow package,of course(better to have it and not need it than to need it and NOT have it). Nearing retirement and also have plans to purchase a pontoon boat soon after. Ford says that with the correct trailer tow package,the Ranger can tow 7,500 lbs. The pontoon in question is a Bennington S20 L-bench. Boat/motor/trailer package with full tank of fuel in boat will weigh approximately 3,250 lb. Will the Ranger I want be able to tow that Bennington pontoon?
