What size battery terminal bolt/nut (‘05 Excursion 6.8)

See the pictures I attached here.

I lost the nut that held the terminal tight.
I purchased this other one from Walmart and it’s too big.

What is the right size? The new one (the shiny one in the picture) is just slightly too big.

The one I purchased is supposed to be the “Everstart 923-2W Top Post Replacement Bolts and Nuts, Plated Steel“.

I don't know but when a come across a customer vehicle where the bolts aren't the correct ones or they're missing, I use a stepped drill bit to fix and enlarge the hole if needed. Then I use a washer (again if needed) so the connection is tight again.
