Are Monroe shocks still considered to be the best shock for a 67 to 72 F250? I know "back in the day" that was pretty much the standard go to shock but now there are several Monroe models and not sure what would be the best choice. Mine are 20 years old and need to be replaced. I have added a front sway bar, other than that it's pretty much stock suspension. Has anyone tried a high end shock such as Fox Racing Shocks? I just put a set of those on my Jeep and they are impressive for that application.
Bilstein B6 4600 sounds like the right choice. 2WD, 410 CI, C6 with GV overdrive, alloy wheels with front sway bar, daily driver and used for towing my Dodge from time to time.
