I am in the works for shoving a built 460 into my bronco. I'm expecting to see ~400hp and 500+ tq. It will be carbed. As I prepare for the project I have some questions:
Has anyone done a swap similar to this? Any tips?
Regarding the fuel system, should I keep the stock EFI fuel pump and add a bypass regulator? If not, are there any reccomended replacement pumps or systems that I should implement instead?
Any radiators for a good price that people have had success with? I've seen a ton of aluminum rads online but many suffer from leakage issues according to reviews. I doubt the stock 5.0 radiator will be able to keep up.
Last, which headers will fit in this application? Will I need custom?
Thanks
For anyone wondering: I have a matching c6 and NP205 transfer case going in with it.

Since the F250 was available with the 460, I would look at those parts for use on the Bronco. That should give you all the mounts needed as well as what headers should fit I believe.
Jeff's Bronco Graveyard has the motor mounts and headers for the 460 swap. You'll need a adjustable fuel regulator if you're gonna run a carburetor. I suggest you keep the fuel return system intact as well. You'll need it.
