New 2005 Ranger, 4.0l 4x4 Auto

Just purchased this truck today with 136,000 miles, for $4300. She needs some little things here and there, but overall I think she'll serve me well for a while. Anyways, here's some things I was going to do right away:
1. Change oil- 500 overdue
2. Shocks all around- they look original and smoked
3. Transmission fluid+filter change (probably have a shop do it)
4. U-Joints- decent vibration when you let off gas over 60MPH
Anything else I should add? I'm aware of timing chain tensioners on these trucks but from what I'ver read 2005 is better

Only thing I missed is a rusted gas tank hanger strap. It's completely rusted away, which I realize is really bad, surprisingly framed around it is still salvageable. Luckily my dad is a very skilled welder and I'm probably gonna end up dropping the tank and pulling the bed in the spring. Do a small undercoat and what not. Just typing away, I'm excited about my new truck, any advice appreciated!

Looks nice. U-joints might not be the source of the vibration. 136,000 is not that many miles. Those wheels look like they have adapters behind them. You might check there first.

Your tail pipe's about to drag. Good luck.
