2015 f250 6.2 crank no start
Having crank no start issues on a truck change fuel pump assembly and ran for a bit. Then stopped and would crank with a no start , used a scan tool and now it says lost communication with fuel pump module and all injectors have a open ground. so i checked the wiring harness for chaffing or any breaks but it looks good. No chaffing and in loom and looks decent next step is to undo the wiring harness and take apart to look even closer any suggestions or should i just get a new/used wiring harness and go from there?

I would get a new harness and remove the doubt on that part. Fix that part First before you do anything else.
I don't know if this is true for your particular vehicle, but sometimes the fuel injectors get shut down by the ECM if there is a certain fault to prevent flooding the cylinders or some other prevention measure.
