4.6 fuel leak

new here. have a 1992 Lincoln 4.6. fuel leak problem. first a injector popped out, fix, then leak on fuel line at the rail -fix then pressure test port leak the the thread to the rail. could i have a bad pressure regulator ?

Anything is possible but these parts are getting up there in years.
You won't know unless you can get an accurate pressure at the rail if you have a Schrader valve on the rail.
