I would replace them if they were available. Spider gears only really work on turning and if you tend to be a heavy foot driver, you may have issues of them breaking. If you are like the rest of us, you're fine.
Yup - I'd replace those before they crack and break. Is that a limited slip diff? Oh man I've done the clutch packs in my Dana 60 and getting those gears back in is a real bear of a DIY job at home. That job will test a person's strength and patience.
