2005 E-350 Club Wagon
2005 E-350 completely stock 232 original miles on the van FWIW....
Does the headlight/running lighhts left on warning chime use a module or simple stand alone warning device that's just simple to replace?
I recently had the instrument cluster repaired/rebuilt and notice my warning chime doesn't sound when H/L's are left on when exiting the van. No other functions seem to be affected.
BTW I do have a factory EVTM and not see or (missed) a device shown.looking at cell #66.

I finally found this.
The following warnings are utilized:
- park brake warning
- safety belt warning
- key-in-ignition warning
- headlamps on warning
- Safety Belt Minder warning
- air bag warning
The chime function is contained within the instrument cluster and is not serviceable separately.
Do you have a owners manual? Other than the cluster chime being broken, there may be a chance that you can program this function on or off. Sometimes there is a procedure in the owners manual to customize some of these functions. I know there is a procedure to shut up the seat belt chime. Not sure about the headlight warning chime.
