front seat motor?

2001 F350. I am needing a front seat motor for front driver's seat. seat will go back but not forwards unless I smack with a hammer. I've already replaced the seat switch with zero change. I can't find a seat motor anywhere online unless I buy a used seat off Ebay and steal the motor from it. Not sure if the motor can be disassembled and cleaned? Any ideas??

It looks a little convoluted to get the motor out, but I'm sure it can be done with a bit of patience. I've just never need to do it myself.

I get how to take it out. Thats easy. I need a new motor.

Not sure exactly how the motor is attached. Definitely 2 nuts near the back. The referenced video, while entertaining, does not show how the motor gets removed….
