yep peppers from the bird houses here, and some way louder, like from the robin chicks, in the hedges mother nature sure put on a light show last night, cloud to cloud super bright red, air temp wise 73 was the high. 50 here at 0100 still raining

started more around 2030 hours here. around 2100 man o man did it ever ,
plumber we used when building the modular houses is coming this am, take the outside water off the water softener, give me a guess on the costs to bring the sink drains into code, IE properly vent and P trap drains, not a home owner 360 deg NO vent drain , the joys of new to one home owning,

hey guys, just wanted to let everyone know.
i got an email from Charlies wife 5 am, he had another heart attack yesterday and is in a hospital in upstate New York where he is undergoing emergency heart valve replacement surgery this am.

Tom...pass a message on for me...wishing Charlie a swift and complete recovery. I know he's been dealing with heart issues for a while and has refused to follow DRs orders regarding getting further testing. Let it be a lesson to all of us.
