2020 Expedition Limited Headlight Dimming
I have a 2020 Expedition Limited and the drivers side low beam has become dimmer and sometimes almost doesn't even come on. I'm not familiar with the bulb configuration in this truck, what do I need to do to fix this? I went to the auto parts store and the guy mentioned needing to replace a ballast as well? Any input is appreciated.

Assuming you have LED headlamps it's a distinct possibility that it's a bad ballast, its on the bottom of the headlamp. It's not a cheap part so you may want to try something. Pull both lamps and swap the ballasts form one side to the other. If the dimming moves tothe other side with the ballast then it's a pretty good sign that's the issue. We do keep them in stock and at a huge savings off retail.
