hey guys, ive got a 2011 5.0 f150 with a really rough idle, and little to no power. truck has 177,000 miles, has been running completely fine with absolutely zero issues. the other day i stopped at a gas station to put gas and after filling up the truck would barely run and i had barely any power. after towing it home, i found a p0345, and p0349 code that was thrown. upon replacing the sensor, ive still got almost the same problem, its definitely better, as before it would kill on its own after a minute or so but now it will stay running, isnt quite as rough and im able to rev the rpm's up higher than i was before, but the problem isnt fixed. its still throwing the same codes after replacing the sensor and idling pretty rough. to add, coils & spark plugs are less than 6 months old, MAF sensor was changed at the same time. throttle body and intake were changed around that same time as well.

also to note, my initial thought was bad gas due to the time the problem started occuring, drained down to 1/8-1/4 of a tank, saw now evidence of bad gas and was still running like hell. although as i said it seems to be improving a little but hasnt improved past that point.
