2019 crew cab 4x4, 153k miles
Complete New fuel system with DCR pump and delete with Single stage BDX programmer
(6-28-24)
Fresh oil change, air filter, new ccv box and filter.
before the the catastrophic fuel system, my truck was getting almost 15mpg, with the work being done, I'm getting 11.7 mpg.
the truck also feels sluggish.
I thought that all of this would help my mileage from what I've seen on other post.
Anyone have any sure things to look for to help the situation??
Sounds like an over fueling issue, probably a bad tune. Have you tried to reflash the PCM so it can relearn after the DCR was installed? Maybe it needs a new tune.

I'm not knowledgeable with delete tuning but know enough that the BDX is the flash tuner, last i knew its a SCT and Bully Dog i believe, that delivers the tunes to the ECM.
If the truck is sluggish, is the tune overly rich? You blowing any black smoke which would indicate a fuel rich tune? Any codes?
Who deleted it for you? More details to help the guys more experienced with this.
Bully Dog X. Tuners can load their tunes onto the Bully Dog so the end user can flash their PCM. SCT is what 5* used back in 2015 when I tuned my Ecoboost trucks. At that time the BDX was know as Bully Dog. I think the latest tuner is version ten, hence the X. Diablo used to have canned tunes, and only canned tunes, no means to add custom. They were HOT tunes back then, EGT temps would hit 1600* or more and fry the turbos.
