239 y-block
I just rebuilt my 1954 ford custom line 239 &y-block. I installed the tin shim head gaskets like was on the engine when I tore it down, now I have oil leaking from heads. I have warmed it up and retorqued and still leaking. I know that the only oil going through the heads are for oiling rocker arms, just can’t seem to figure this one out.

I used the tin gaskets on my 292 and had antifreeze leaking out of them. never could get them to stop. Tried retorqueing them 3 times put blue devil in the coolant, Nothing stopped if. Ended up pulling the heads off used composite gaskets and ARP head stud lit. Hasn't leaked a drop since
