UPDATED: Managed to find the loose connection up behind the CJB/under the dash & was able to reinstall the new CJB. Pickup now runs & all lights are functioning as they should be.

04 F250 6.8L V10 - Manual

I had no running lights or parking lights. All other lights including the dash worked. Ford dealership replaced the light switch on the dash with no luck after other diagnostics. Finally they handed me the keys and said “I don’t know.”

Ran my own diagnostics with a meter & found I had power going into the fuse box but not out. I also found a few forums online about these years having similar issues and needing to replace the central junction box.

Today I replaced the CJB after testing all fuses & relays, and disconnecting the battery.
Labeled all of the wiring to guarantee no mistakes. After reassembly & reconnecting the battery, I turn the ignition to accessory and have all my dash lights etc. but the pickup will not crank/start.
I tried putting all of my original fuse box, relays and fuses back in after disconnecting the battery again & still the same outcome. Pickup will not start.

Advice? Pickup has not had any issues outside of the running lights until now.
