No start!
01 450sd 7.3. cranks and cranks and cranks no start. new icp sensor new ipr new hpop new crank sensor. icp wont get above 200ish psi. ipr stays at 14.8% duty cycle while cranking. Truck starts and runs fine with burp of ether. can not figure out why it wont start without that. Any input would be a great help. Also water in fuel light stays on but like i said wen it starts on ether then thing runs fine. i have been looking at forums all over the place and no luck yet. all sensors are getting the 5v ref and other 12v.
