No Horn, Cruise Control, or High Beam Flash
I have a 1994 F-150 that I recently bought, and ever since I’ve had it I’ve had no cruise control or horn, and I can’t flash the high beams either. What’s strange about the high beams is if I turn the headlights on and push the lever forward, it still turns on the high beams like it should, but if I pull it back to flash them it does absolutely nothing. It had been flashing the airbag light before and I took the steering column out and replaced everything, including the wheel, turn signal lever assembly, and clock spring. That fixed the airbag light situation and the system is working fine now, but I still have no horn or cruise control and I still can’t flash the high beams. The truck had an old Western plow on it when I bought it which I have since removed, the only wiring that it was connected to was the headlight bulb connectors through a pre-made plow harness and tapped into the turn signal and running light wires right by the sockets using those crush clip things to add wires to the circuit. Nothing else looks tampered with and none of the wiring looks out of the ordinary so I’m at a loss, I’m not sure what to check or replace but any input would be appreciated.
