00' F350 7.3 ZF6 Wiring nightmare
Just picked up this pickup and am pulling my hair out. The 08' mirror swap done prior to my purchasing the truck is all messed up and now my running/parking lights don't work, gauges (dummy lights all work fine), and mirrors don't work. Pulled back the carpet and found a ton of cut wires, and everything Ive read up on and seen doesn't even match when it comes to the retrofit of the newer tow mirrors. I've been pulling my hair out for 4 days trying to make heads or tails of this. I figured I'd start over with the wiring and do it correctly but I just can't figure out what's going on. It's like whenever I take a step forward, I'm immediately jumping 3 back and finding something else that's totally made what I just fixed pointless. With all the wires that were cut and stripped from the cab I need some guidance on where to even begin. Any and all help is appreciated.
