What grille are y'all running?
For the truck...
Shortly after purchasing the truck, I painted the worn out and faded grille body color and put an IH emblem in place of the Ford.
I then went to a horizontal grille insert with a new grille that had "chrome" outsides.
I really liked this grille insert and below is a picture from many years ago when we still had our travel trailer.
Another picture of the insert.
We installed a Ranch Hand Legend grille guard and like the utility and appearance it offers. Although, I can not see the beloved horizontal insert very easily any longer, the guard provides enough to leave it in place.
I have since replaced the Ranch Hand emblem with the same IH emblem I have on the grille, but couldn't find a picture quickly to post here.
The grille guard also doubles as a step or topside creeper of sorts when traveling. This was back in 2017 (I think) when we had our first 5th wheel which was a Montana High Country. One of the boots kept popping off due to the OEM modified turbo being worked too hard in order to maintain speed on I-26 headed to the beach.
