New Rebuilt 6.7 Powerstroke - What Oil?

I just got my 2011 F350 6.7 Powerstroke rebuilt out of Alberta. The rebuilder has specifically called for CONVENTIONAL motor oil for the first 15,000kms. This stuff is hard to find! Can anyone recommend an oil to run starting winter here? I'll run it for 8000-10,000kms.

My options so far are a 10w30 or 10w40 Castrol GTX, but it doesn't seem certified for diesel motors.

I also see a Shell Rotella T4 in 10w30 for diesel motors, but some people warn against Rotella in Powerstorkes, No good for first 15,000kms???

Another bloody, beaten, trashed, mangled, dead horse..
I am going to reply to this then go into the settings and make sure I do not get notices to replies to this thread, it will get bad as all oil threads do.

Go to your local part store.
Look at the shelfs.
Is there Turbo Diesel Oil on the shelf?
Great... Grab your favorite company's jugs of oil, you will need a few. Make sure you grab the weight for conditions you operated in... Use the darn book that came with the truck or read the oil cap on the engine.
Change it often with the proper not china filters. Repeat, Repeat, Repeat, Repeat, and so on.

There is nothing wrong with Rotella T4, T5, or even T6 in a Powerstroke, however T4 is a bit old school if that is the route you take.
There are hundreds of WHAT OIL THREADS here, look at a few of them.
