E4OD forward gear issue cold start
96 Bronco, transmission won’t go into drive without increasing rpm when cold. Will go straight into reverse like normal, but no forward gears. Fresh fluid and filter change, fluid level is good. Will operate normal in forward gears after everything is up to operating temp and has been driven 15 miles or so.
