Been looking for a 2WD 1979 F100 or F150 for a while and finally found a good candidate as seen in Photos. Truck has no engine or trans which suits me to a T as I am having a "Built" 4.9L six built by Norms Custom Engines in Chilliwack. If your a Ford fan and need an engine built or rebuilt you will not find a better guy to do it for you than Norm. Cab and Front end care Complete, Straight and virtually rust free Same interior of the new 79 we bought new that year. Even dash pad is un cracked. Check out this floor Now the bad - Entire D/S box side is rusted and being held together by paint and decals. Good news is I got a complete D/S patch panel for $200 Cdn. Bumper and tail gate might be saveable with some custom hand made patch panels. This it the Box's good side. Compare this to the D/S - Weird. My guess is the D/S was exposed to more road salt than the P/S

I had a roommate that years ago had a 79 short box step side f150. That was a sweet truck and I wish I would have bought it when he let it go.
He sold it to a co-worker of mine and I watched it get beat into oblivion.
