Ford Performance tune?
Trying to install the Ford Performance tune on my '22 2.7 Outer Banks. Both of my sons have Broncos and have already done the tune and were very happy. Unfortunately I'm not as computer savvy as they are and I'm stumped doing the software install on the device. The file is downloaded on the PC laptop and I connected it to the device. It says to follow the prompts but all it said was downloading and then went to a Ford ProCal screen and nothing else. Afraid to go any further...
Anyone done this who can help. Of course, it is Sunday so the tech line isn't open...

Yes- got a quick response from Ford Performance on Monday AM and I was doing it right. Loaded in a few minutes. I've done several tunes on various Porsches and the process was similar.
Throttle response seems better and power is probably better but it's pretty subjective. Shifting seems smoother. The unit will be handy for other things like clearing codes, changing speedometer with different wheel/tires etc.
