Unable to install performance tune from Predator
2003 KingRanch F350 crew dually
6.0 diesel
Predator v.8r10
Serial # 20001e7
Part # u7165pcm_6_0

"Your Vehicle is not in our Database" message
is displayed when trying to install performance
tune.
Just got truck back from Dealer after having
repairs made and was trying to reinstall
performance tune.
Help
Update.............
I just updated the predator to r13 and tried again with the performance tune but got the same message as above.
What is the deal?
Do you think that the dealer locked the ECU so that we cannot change any parameters? I read on the reciept that they had done something with the ECU along with the other repairs that they made on the engine. Maybe they changed out the ECU for another.
