1990 f150 with 5.0 explorer 40Ps
I'm currently assembling a fresh 97 explorer block and 40p heads with 30 over pistons. Going in a 1990 f150. Speed density hang up with efi I hear. Figured while it's out I'd look for a tow camshaft. Or something a lil peppier. I use it to tow 4k lbs roughly. Any recommendations would be great. I'm not too knowledgeable on cam upgrades. AOD tranny also. Current lifters are roller bottoms and flat tops. Which are being replaced also. Thank you in advance. I get lost reading these forums till my brains numbs and the beers kickin' in lol.
