SBF 302 Fuel Rails on a BBF 460

Does anybody know if aftermarket SBF 302 fuel rails will fit on a stock BBF 460 Intake Manifold?

Looking to overhaul the fuel system on my 95 F350 7.5L/460 ci and I can't seem to find aftermarket fuel rails for the 460s. There are tons of options for the 302s though, so maybe the 302 rails will fit on the 460 Intake Manifold? Are the injectors spaced further apart on the 460's intake than they are on the 302 manifold?

Any reason I wouldn't be able to run aftermarket 302 rails on a stock 460 manifold?

the bore spacing and intake port spacing is different between to two. So id be surprised if it would work
these may be useable on a stock intake https://www.jegs.com/i/Edelbrock/350/3645/10002/-1

but honestly why do you need aftermarket rails? im sure stock will handle way more than stock fuel useage

While chromed, they still rust, corrode & get damaged enough to leak. Particularly where the O rings seat.

And crap flakes off enough to clog the injectors.

The aftermarket has yet deigned to reproduce a stock part.

To busy making "OBS" chevie **** cuase that's what's "hot".

Looking to overhaul the fuel system?
What do you mean by that exactly?
The rails at our altitude / weather last indefinitely
Meaning forever with no rust, even on high miles 400k+
You might want to have your injectors cleaned thru the rail like I do and the dealer does
Air over hydraulic, you force the cleaner there at 30lbs pressure
Also have or clean yourself, the upper intake and throttle plate cleaned
So at Ford, we used Carb cleaner (foam) for the upper intake and throttle plate
And the fuel injectors, we cleaned using the pressurized can Ford stuff
Never put anything in the tank designed as injector cleaner (gas only, best quality you can afford)
I now use the other OTC style injector cleaner
That is what you do every 30k on your injectors and upper intake
This is what they look like if you don't clean them (so much carbon they are even hard to start)

That manifold is off a 2005 4,2 V6 I am working on presently (dual intake runners)
So carboned up, it stuck the primary throttle plates (broke the actuator rods clips)
The check engine light was on, and it failed the emissions test

You spray about a half a can of carb foam down the throat
While on and off the gas to keep it running
That solves some of the carbon issue
You remove a little carbon every 30 k miles is the key
Not all of it, all at once, unless you want a new motor next week

BB, maybe you'll get an answer to your original primary question eventually.

One can always hope.

Okay, for starters, there's nothing wrong with my stock fuel rail. It works just fine and hasn't rusted, clogged up, leaked, etc. I have no need to clean the rails or injectors at this time, as I'm currently having NO issues with them.

Ultimately, I want to clean up the appearance of the engine. This is NOT a stock 460, despite it running a factory cast Ford intake manifold. For the moment, the factory fuel system is adequate, but in the relatively near future, I'll be making changes that are going to require getting more fuel into the motor. If I'm re-doing the rest of the fuel system to meet these new fuel requirements, I had might as well put new fuel rails on too, and enjoy a more finished 'performance' look while I'm at it.

I understand that it's likely I will not see any performance improvements from upgrading the fuel rails, and that's okay. I simply prefer the style and customizability of the aftermarket rails over their factory counterparts.

Good deal. Post pics whatever stage you're at.

Mine still look good so I'm told.
